Inspiration & Competitor Analysis
I created a user persona for a person named Samarth who can be a potential user of a financial platform

investor.vanguard.com
The navigation menu of Vanguard gives a lot of information about the services, a finance guidance platform must include or geneally have.
A clear list of goals, advice, guidance and education categorized in appropriate fields.
A tab for News & perspective is also very helpful for the users.
Vanguard
Smallcase is a very clean and beautifully designed investment app
The IA of the app and Flows of the app feels very easy to use. Even the UI feels clean and hence, saves the user from getting overwhelmed.
The bottom Navigation is very useful and easily reachable by the user.
The Caroussel cards looks clean and take less space.
Smallcase App

Groww tops the competitor’s list with an outstanding UI. The Visual style and minimalistic aesthetic add on to the experience.
Again the sliding cards at ‘popular funds’ are easy to check and use.
The options for investment in ‘Collections’ are arranged in a simple and minimalistic way with enough white space that it looks clean.
The Caroussel cards looks clean and take less space.
The basket and watchlist icons at the top are also very useful.

Wireframes
To get a clearer vision of content and information layout across various screens, I started off with a few Hi-Fi wireframes to explore the overall composition and refine my design direction.

Final Design
Utilizing Figma, I translated my wireframes into high-fidelity designs, bringing the user experience to life.
