Overview
The platform takes data in diverse formats, conducts validation, transformation, and analysis processes, and subsequently delivers or transfers the data to the carrier or its affiliates in the formats and delivery method that align with their preferences and requirements.
Work & Impact
Successfully built Inline-editing as a solution that significantly reduces the time & effort previously required to
‘re-upload data’ and resume workflow pipeline. It enhances data readability and the users' interpretation capability. Fast error resolution and the ability to resume processing have lightened both the workload and processing load.
Transformed the way users interpret data, recognize & resolve errors by giving insights about the system status at any stage of processing.
Crafted data representation for Nested data for easy drill down and recovery of data and file structure
Redesigned User management by introducing groups to distinguish Users based on their roles
Introduced a design system and advocated the importance of it.
Performed rapid iterations, cross-functional collaboration & communication, provide & solicit Feedback
My past experience in a technical role in Database Management Systems helped me utilize the knowledge I acquired there, in my understanding of project & designs.

Unfortunately, due to NDA, I can’t show the bulk of my work that I did at this client. So for now you’ll have to trust that I actually did quite a lot during the 2 years I contracted there. I was a product designer on the team, leading design on multiple internal products primarily focussed on insurance data transformation. Here are some brief notes of the work I did during this time.
